The Magnolia Ballot is the ACLU of Mississippi’s voter-resource website. It is designed to give Mississippians practical, accessible information about voting, civic participation, candidates and ballot information, voting rights, and representation.
The 2026 edition of Magnolia Ballot is built around a simple idea: informed participation requires more than knowing when Election Day is.
Voters need reliable information about registration, voting
procedures, their ballot, their rights, and the systems that determine who represents their communities.
