Finding information about candidates is becoming increasingly difficult for voters, especially in Mississippi. But having the information you need to make the right choice when you cast a ballot is more crucial than ever.
The ACLU of MS sent out a survey to candidates in upcoming Hinds County races to gather useful voter information, directly from the source. We asked each hopeful elector to share their previous experience, values, and legislative priorities for the people they hope to represent.
Note: Profiles marked "From the Candidate's Desk" indicate responses from our survey. Some contacted candidates declined to submit a survey response. To ensure as much representation as possible, we used information found on their respective campaign websites; their profiles are marked "From Our Search." Not all candidates are represented here.
