Born and raised in Jackson, Mississippi, Senator Hillman Terome Frazier received his primary and secondary education in Jackson, Mississippi. He is a graduate of Jackson State University, Hinds Community College, the George Washington University National Law Center and the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
Senator Frazier has had the privilege of serving in the Mississippi House of Representatives and the Mississippi Senate chairing several legislative committees. He is a married father of two children and grandfather of two grandchildren.
